Extremely Slow Speed

I just recently did a lot of updates on my Word Press and added a new post.

My site: http://www.greenhearworks.com is painfully slow to load and is frequently accompanied by an error message (Kill pages or Wait?).

I’m in desperate need of help to solve the slow loading.
