# Extremely slow image processing

 * We paid for this product but after more than 1 hour only 11 images processed.
   We use one of the fastest servers for WordPress sites with 10Gbps connections
   so that cannot be the bottleneck.
 * The process also stops with error “The Image Url field has to be a URL” when 
   it encounters an image url with special characters like “€”.

    Support has responded and they weren’t able to solve the problem. Got
   a refund and this plugin is now disabled on wordpress.org. On their website is
   mentioned they’ve been acquired by WP Compress [wpcompress.com](https://wpcompress.com/)
