    For some reason it seems my account has been deleted and I am unable to access my dashboard. Username and Password apparently invalid and email address says no user registered with that email address.

    website is operating.

    Please help 🙁

    Try resetting your password.

    Sorry to say that you have base64 encoding possibly injected by your theme. These can be sometimes malware, adware, hacking.

    You may try these:
    1. Deactivate all plugins
    2. Switch over to Twenty Eleven theme so that you can know if it is theme-specific.

    After the above steps, see if you can login.

    You may use FTP or login to your cPanel/ File Manager provided by your host to do the steps suggested above.

    It won’t accept my email address to reset password. Unless there is another way to reset password

    Krishna I’m not sure how to deactivate the plugins through file manager – do i just delete them altogether?

    Discovered this is the plug-ins error log
