Last modified: August 21, 2016 --- # extremely frustrated !!!! * Resolved [celrod](https://wordpress.org/support/users/celrod/) * (@celrod) * [12 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/extremely-frustrated-1/) * I posted in themes for help, was told to post in the specific theme forum and had my post closed, went to look at that forum…NOBODY is getting any help there… so I posted again for help under how to and trouble shooting and AGAIN moderator told me post under theme forum and closed my post. * How am I supposed to get any help if you guys keep closing my posts and referring me to post in a forum where it is abundantly clear that I am NOT going to get any help * under the persons page who created the theme is this 1 of 3 support threads in the last two months have been resolved. * and I don’t think this is even a theme related problem…I am trying to create secondary pages and a stupid comment form is showing up that I do not want…isn’t there ANYONE who can tell me how to get rid of the hoover dam thing ????????????????????????????????????? But you were asked to post in that theme’s own forum because that’s how [these forums work](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post)– not just for you, but to keep things organized and help other people make use of previous theme questions. Your first post had several theme-specific questions. Also many people (aside from theme developers) answer threads in theme sub-forums. * I closed your second post because you’d already been asked to post in the theme forum and ignored it.
