  • I installed this free version and it worked OK, but the admin email notifications weren’t working from Woocommerce. I emailed the author and he did great getting back to me, but then told me I had to pay a Premium Version to get that as well as the ability to submit refunds – AND premium support.

    I paid for the “Premium Version” and he sent me another install that looked and acted exactly like the free version. I had to eventually go with another plugin altogether.

    I guess since he got his money he wasn’t interested in helping me out anymore.

    Based on my review and the other 1 star reviews here, I strongly urge potential users to go with a different plugin.

    1. We have asked you for admin access to check the issue, if we do not have admin access how can we go and fix the things.

    2. Have you even compared the two pieces of code if they were similar.
