  • The plug in has worked very well in the past but it looks like our couriers may have changed something on their end and it no longer works. Usually AFtership quickly fixes the problem and communication is good.

    Recently I have placed two support calls through the website. Each time I get one reply asking if the tracking updates are working and I reply saying no. I then get an email saying I haven’t replied to an update from Poonam and the case is closed.

    Our customers are frustrated and we are paying for a product that is not working.

    I am extremely disappointed in Aftership, I am a paying customer, not on the free demo.
