Extraordinary support and great plug-in

I use Koko Analytics on several websites, and it gives me exactly the insights I need—without any data overload.

The plugin has always been very reliable. But last week, on one of my sites, all the data suddenly disappeared. For my friend, who runs his blog without any commercial intent but draws a lot of motivation from the statistics, this was a dramatic loss.

Thankfully, Danny van Kooten stepped in and went the extra mile to recover the data.
