extracting information from database

i need to show that a certain post of my wordpress site, was made on a certain date last year.

how can i extract that information from the database?

for instance, when i look at the control panel of that post, i correctly see the dates the post was revised and published.

but, for better proof, how can that information be found in the database, that that post was made on that date?

the problem is, when publishing it, we by mistake put a date of 3 days earlier than the publish date. so the historical screenshots of that page shows that incorrect early date, but on my wordpress control panel it correctly shows the date it was saved and published.
