I accidentally deleted one post. I want to restore it from a back up but not restore the whole back up. Is there any way to do this?

    Hi @sharonvillines,
Unfortunately, WPBackItUp doesn’t provide that option yet. Are you aware that WordPress actually doesn’t remove your posts until you empty the post “trash”? If you haven’t done this then you should see a link “Trash” on the top of pages/posts listing section.

Click on that “trash” link and it will take you the section where all the trashed posts are listed.

Select the posts you deleted using the checkboxes provided.

Select Restore from Bulk Actions dropdown, then hit the Apply button.

Now go back to the posts listing section and your post again.

    Hope that helps.
    Chris
