    Hi UpdraftPlus Team!

I pretty much said everything in the title of my post.
    >> Should I run that deactivation test in incognito mode (because I didn’t)?

I also checked the wp-config file and didn’t see any white space before <?php.
By the way, I don’t see any “?>” in the file. There are a bunch of conditions and the file ends with a “require_once ABSPATH . ‘wp-settings.php’;”
    >> Is that normal?

As for the theme, I use this blank theme and deleted all other themes:
    https://github.com/wplit/no-theme

I use a few custom scripts in Advanced Scripts (a plugin similar to Code Snippets) but I don’t see what could have gone wrong here.
    >> Could one of those scripts cause the problem?

    I should also mention that:
    – I haven’t done any backups yet
    – I use WP Reset (could it conflict with UpdraftPlus?)
    – it’s a fresh install with no content other than the default one.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

“Should I run that deactivation test in incognito mode (because I didn’t)?”
    > Yes, please could you try this?

“I use WP Reset (could it conflict with UpdraftPlus?)”
    > If understand correctly, this has been deactivated already and still problem persists?

If so, please can you try re-installing UpdraftPlus and see if that helps resolve the issue? You will not lose your backups in the process.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
