# Extra theme not working!

 * I’m sorry to post this here, but I have no other option left.
 * I downloaded a theme called Extra from ElegantThemes.com, and since then I’ve
   left the site (my membership expired). So I have no way to get help from them
   now, since I’ve lost my login and password to the site.
 * This theme Extra used to work with an older version of WordPress, but now the
   theme customizer isn’t working at all. All I get is the widgets option in the
   customizer side panel, and no other option at all. I can’t download the newest
   version of extra either.
 * I can post the theme for anyone who can help, but I urgently need it working 
   again. Please help!

 * Sorry, but we cannot support commercial themes here. Your options are to either
   pay for support from Elegant, find another theme, or fix the issues yourself.

 * Any hints as to what may be causing the problem? The theme customizer’s side 
   panel appears empty (other than the widgets button) but everything else is working.

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * Also, as the customizer relies heavily on javascript, use the developer tools
   in your browser to check for Javascript errors.

   to help you beyond generic guides, you’re continuing to ask for support for this
   theme.
