Support » Installing WordPress » Extra SLASH “/” in URL messing it all up after blogger import

  • So I did the “easy” switch from blogger to a self hosted Then the problem was the URL structure. It turned all my custom URLs from blogger into /?=post1 (or something like that)

So then I got a plugin that let me use this for a CUSTOM STRUCTURE:

But then my URLS look like this:

    and obviously do not function.

I tried removing the “/” in the custom structure, but that did not work.

    Any ideas?

I would suggest deactivating the plugin you installed and take a look at the standard “Permalinks” settings found under the Settings link in the Dashboard.

The default permalink looks similar to what you described:

You can choose other standards, or create a custom style on the Permalinks settings page, too.
