Extra option on booking form

I want to have an extra field/selector in my booking form where a user can select Yes or No for dinner. The value of this field/selector has to be saved in the database and displayed in the reservations page (for admin and for user).
The user must have the possibilty to change his reservation by changing Yes/No for dinner.
Can this be accomplished with the Pro version?
