Extra Flat Rate Appearing Twice

    Hello! Love your plugin. One question though, I noticed a new problem today that my extra flat rates are suddenly appearing twice (regardless of what browser I test in.) WordPress and all my themes are fully updated and this appears to be a new issue. Any idea what is causing it?
