extra fields from Cimy User Extra Fields

    Hello! Thank you for this plugin!
    How can I add support for fields created with “Cimy User Extra Fields”?
    I realise that the information is stored outside the usermeta table aparently they store everything in cimy_uef_data and cimy_uef_fields.

    On line 88 you have a $querystr that maybe could be altered to include this extra profile fields.

    What do you think?
