    Hi,

    I am using your plugin for some time now and everything was working just fine, but I just noticed that I am not receiving “order details” in admin emails, but I can see them if I click on order in WordPress administration.

    I think that might be related to latest Woo 3.2 update. I tried deleting and adding field again, but no luck. I also updated your plugin to the latest version.

    Any suggestions?

    We tried to replicate this issue locally but weren’t able to do so. Are you having this issue when our plugin is disabled?

    I have a similar problem.
    The additional field is seen in the orders but is not seen in the invoices.
    In the past it worked perfectly.

    Sorry, our free version has never had the feature to display custom fields in invoices.

    Could you please check if any other plug-in or custom code was present earlier on your site that provided this feature?

    Hi,

    The fields were probably visible in the invoices through that plugin because as we mentioned the free version never added custom fields to invoices.

    Please raise a ticket with them.
