Extra dots/periods appearing before last couple list items

    Getting some strange behavior on my client’s site. There are additional dots or periods showing before the last 2-3 list items on his TOC’s.

    When I inspect, it shows they appear to be some type of marker pseudo class: li.ez-toc-page-1.ez-toc-heading-level-2::marker

    However, I can’t override with CSS, so not sure what’s going on here. Any idea?
