Extra charge for payments added to each method

    Hi,
    I updated from WC 2.3 to 3.0.5. Everything seems to be fine, I think, but for one thing. I need to set an extra charge just for cash on delivery method, say 4 euros, but when I save my changes this amount is set for each payment method.
    Could it be a bug or something wrong I do?
