 * Hi I use WooCommerce Extra Charges To Payment Gateway (Standard) plugin and would
   like to ask you how can I display this row in the invoice? For instance I charge
   extra fee of 5USD fro COD but the fee is not sowing on the invoice.

 * I’m sorry but we do not support third party plugins like WooCommerce Extra Charges
   To Payment Gateway (Standard).
 * You could ask the author how to get this fee and create a custom template. See
   FAQ on how to create a custom template.
