 * How can I create an external custom page within the WordPress repository and 
   include the header and footer of my WordPress theme?
 * Do I just create a directory within the WordPress repository and add a new index.
   php file that includes the following code?
 * <?php include ‘header.php’;
    //Site content here? include ‘footer.php’; ?>
 * If you have any documentation or recent articles on this please let me know.
