 * I want to build a page where people can submit simple articles / videos / posts/
   whatevers with a title, body and tags that are treated as if the author was an
   author (so sent to the Pending Review section).
 * I’ve tried playing around with different plugins including Custom Write Panel,
   Role Manager, WPLite, Flutter and Clutter Free but none of them do what I want.
 * Ideally I want a simple page that only contains four things: Title, body, tags
   and categories. The user fills it out, hits the submit button and gets a thank
   you page in return. The admin sees the post appear in the Pending Review section
   under manage and can edit or publish it later.
 * I know this can be done with a bit of custom coding but I was hoping someone 
   has already invented the wheel so I don’t have to start from scratch.
 * Oh, and if possible it should work without the submitters having to log in first…
   unsafe and insecure but that’s what my friend wants…
 * any help will be rewarded with excellent karma.

   after login than the admin?
