External services with registration required

yes, the service is external, because we have a large software stack for converting documents to PDF files and we don’t want to install that stack on each client. A lot of user can’t install software on their hosting environments. There are other solutions which uses local resources, but these solutions are often bad in quality. That was the reason why we have reserved resources for a conversion systems which runs on our dedicated servers and which converts thousands of documents each day.

Registration was added with the recent update of the service. This is our answer to SPAMMERS because some users thought they can send their SPAM mails via our service. Registration is needed one time so that the service knows that mails can be sent to that mail address.

The last month and years we only used blacklists, but maintaining those lists is too time consuming and so we were looking for an alternative for blacklists.
