hi there
first thanks for developing this plugin
I have 2 sites where I am using it on one site it works seamlessly on the other I encounter a problem

the variation are simple
* Printed book – sold on site מודפס
* Digital book – sold on site דיגיטלי
* Audio book – external – קולי

When selecting audio and clicking on the add to cart button on product page a new tab leads correctly to the external audio book BUT and here is the issue – it actually add the product to the cart!

Can you advise how to resolve it
p.s. the site is in Hebrew – which is why I added the variation name in Hebrew so you could see it in action

Hi,

We tested this and your site works correctly – it opens a new tab and does not add anything to the cart.

Do you know what kind of browser and OS you are using?

Many thanks for getting back to me
You are right it has been fixed
I am going to explain further in case others could benefit
Initially it was adding external items to the cart
On this site there is a woo-zapier with restAPI and as you pointed out this could created unexpected results
To test if this is the issue I deactivated the woo-zapier plugin and yes it was the issue then I reactivated it but did not check it again assuming it will continue to be an issue
but it seems deactivating it and reactivating it sorted it out!

Is that possible?

I am glad it worked out, depending on how the other plugin integrates it is possible it can interfere
