 * Hello,
    this plugin adds a “nofollow” to all external links correct? It does 
   not add it to internal links, right?
 * Also, if I delete the plugin is the “nofollow” lost?

 * Yes, only external links are affected, and the change sticks if you uninstall
   the plugin, since it actually edits the post content when the post is saved 🙂
