External Link Icon — Single/Multiple Tooltips

Hello Team,

Just installed your plugin and I’m very happy with it so far.
If we can solve some minor issues I would consider to buy the pro version as we need some custom settings.

OK, first thing is, that the icon for the external link will only be shown/inserted for some of the links, even if the glossary link is the same word is multiple times in an article or post.
The 1st one never has, it starts with 3rd one mostly.

Here we have the second thing, if we have articles with an explained word more than one time, is there a way to have the link and popup just for the first appearance in the article/post and keep the remaing ones as they are?
