 * Hi, I am new to wordpress and loving it a lot. I am creating a website which 
   is having a image slider, a drop down menu and country clock on it. I know I 
   can achieve these functionality by external jquery or wordpress plugins. I want
   to know which the better option. Should I use external JS or wordpress plugins.

 * That answer is a tough one. It really depends on who the site is for and if you
   think you’ll be making many theme changes.
 * Bu using plugins, you don’t run the risk of breaking anything if you change or
   update your theme. Using plugins also saves you time and effort.
 * If the site is for you and you want more control on the files and functionality,
   then custom code is probably the best option.
