 * Better WP Security reports the IP address as 127.0.0.1 because I have cached 
   wordpress behind an nginx proxy cache. How can I configure the plugin to properly
   recognize the true origin IP?

 * An update to iThemes Security seems to have fixed the problem and is correctly
   registering IP addresses now.
