    I run a multisite install of WordPress. I am also considering this plugin for use across all my blogs.

    Do I need to pay for extensions for every site or can I pay once and use it on all my blogs? If the later, I may be interested in several extensions.

    Nope, just purchase once and use on the sites you use and manage/administer.
