Extension not creating the 3 base pages

    Hi,

    According to the documentation:

    Upon activation, the extension will create 3 pages:

    File list page
    User login and registration page
    Download gateway page

    However when I go to my pages section in the admin panel I only see the about page that I created. Is there an extra step missing in order to get these pages to be created? If not is there any documentation on how to create them? Apache has ownership over all files in the wordpress root directory and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this plugin several times without any success.
