Extending the theme Customizer controls

    Hello,

    Is there any documentation on how to extend the
    WP_Customize_Image_Control, or maybe how to use the $tabs and $callback?

    I have been beating my head against the wall with trying to show the “Default” tab with preloaded background images (such as it is being used for the Header Image).Any help would be great.
