Extending Simple History

    Hi there, thanks for the great plugin! It’s almost a mandatory install on every site I work on.

    I’ve read references here and there to extending Simple History and other loggers. Is there more information somewhere? A download page? I can’t find anything.

    Also are there any more examples anywhere on how to use the API? The description page talks about “call simple_history_add() like this” but then the subsequent example doesn’t appear to call simple_history_add() at all.
