# Extending Profile Information

 * I was just wondering how we can add the following information (please see image
   below) to the profile of users?

 * We would like it so that admins can only change this information.

    Adding more metadata, you can edit Default Profile-form. There you can add
   multiselect or checkboxes to users profile.

 * You can easily add this information to your User page as a checkbox or radio 
   buttons.
    Go to the Ultimate member -> Forms and your profile form and add desired
   fields.
