Extend to custom fields

Hi,

The plugin is great.

I would like to know how to extend it’s functionalities to include custom fields.

here is an exemple: http://vinoabo.com/shop/2011/le-satyre-2011/

the post box “la petite histoire…” detects the glossary words
But the main box which is a custom fields doesn’t.
