Extend – Plugins – "Most Popular" page is broken

Extend – Plugins – “Most Popular” page is broken,
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/browse/popular/

Since last night, it is showing random plugins with small numbers of downloads like 55!. It normally shows plugins with more than 20,000 downloads per “last week”, like Akismet, All in One SEO Pack, Google XML Sitemaps, Contact Form 7, etc.

I noticed because my “Fast and Secure Contact Form” plugin was in the top 5, it has 23,252 downloads “last week”

If this is the wrong place to report a site problem, I apologize. I could not find a “report a bug” link anywhere, I think there used to be one at the bottom of the page, but it is gone.
