    Hi there,

    I have added the Paypal Express Checkout but when I go the PayPal checkout page I can’t see the option to pay with a credit card if I don’t have a PayPal account.

    I have checked ” Allow customers to checkout without a PayPal account using their credit card.”

    Any ideas how can I fix this?

  • Same problem here. Paypal EC credit card options and PayPal Payments Pro 2.0 options. Tried with two different credit cards. Checked paypal credentials.
    “PayPal Pro Payflow payment failed. Payment was rejected due to an error:(26) “Invalid vendor account”. Order status changed from Pending payment to failed”
    What is causing this?

    Hi @dynamyc, I’m so sorry for the delay in response, I see you marked the thread as resolved, did you figured-out after all how to get credit-card payments with Express Checkout ( EC )? If still not then please go through following help article to understand that.

    @civid, Please see the link above for EC, for PayPal pro Payflow, the error simply means that your credentials are not valid, also to use that you need special permissions enabled against your Payflow account. Please talk to your merchant support and get your PayPal pro account then that will work just fine.

    @civid, so you are saying that you have PayPal pro activated against your account? Also, you have created those credentials again and put them back in the right order?

    That is really strange though, Please create a ticket here, include our plugin logs and also provide temporary login to take a quick look at your settings to see whats going on there.
