On a recent upgrade from WP 3.4.2 to 3.5.1, I find that ALL site email addresses are rendered with a red background. The page html also shows <script type=”text/javascript”>… which I assume to be plugin generated.

On the 3.4.2 configuration, html did NOT show any javascript and the background color was normal.

In both cases I have verified that email encoder works properly by scanning the site with uberharvest. So although the plugin works does work with wp 3.5.1, it is exposing javascript source and is messing with background color.

my bad. I found that after upgrading to wp 3.5.1 and re-enabling all plugins, I needed to reset email encoder settings from javascript to html mode.

Everything is working nicely again, and uberharvest verifies that it does not see any site email addresses. Sorry for the false alarm.
