Expose "should show" logic to filters

    Please expose the “should show addthis stuff” logic to filters to give theme developers complete freedom to veto emitting the buttons in posts, excerpts, or whatever, depending on whatever conditions they see fit. The option to show/hide addthis buttons in excerpts is not enough. For example, I want to show them in excerpts, except for a particular CPT. This is currently impossible.
