Exports and Reports Install Breaks Admin Privileges

After installing Exports and Reports my access to the Dashboard was revoked. I can see that in the wp_capabilities row, the value changed from

a:2:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}

to

a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;s:27:"exports_reports_full_access";b:1;}

for my admin user. I’ve since fixed this, but am curious if the exports_reports_full_access portion needs to be there to use the plugin.
