# Exporting WP

 * I have a page with about 140 posts, maybe 2000 images.
    I can’t export. No matter
   what we set timeouts to in php and on the host, I cn’t export. It times out. 
   It times out in 1min even if we set timeout to 10min.
 * I want to export to move the site ONTO wp.com.

 * You could try using some plugin, and also contact your hosting provider as they
   might have put some limits on max php execution time.

 * well the wp export is a plugin!
    I’ve set 10min, it still can’t do it.
 * I wonder what kinda sites ppl build with WP…150 can’t be too big??
 * Since I need wp.com, it needs to be the wp xml file……

 * Local provider.
 * I’ve upped to 999999999 timeout.
 * I can now run for 30min.
 * Still it ends with
    503 error tho.
 * I’ve disabled all plugins, what else should I do?

 * I think it’s just a bug. If I export any 1 thing, it takes 0s.
