# Exporting Posts

 * How would I export all of my post that are under the category “VIDEO” into a 
   word document that will include the title, content and the video url.
 * The video urls are within a “Video Post Option” field that is part of the theme.
 * Reason for doing this is because all of the video posts that I transferred over
   to the new staging site didn’t include the video urls.
 * How would I get those transferred over without going back and forth from live
   site to staging site and manually copying the urls over?
 * Thanks for any assistance on this.
