# Exporting images

 * Hello
 * I have exported the images in an album which worked great, then I have downloaded
   them back onto my computer, which again works fine, but then when I try to upload
   them back into wordpress, it gives an error message and the image won’t upload.
   I have tried saving the image into dropbox and onto my c drive but each way it
   won’t upload, it’s as though there is a problem with the image. Any help would
   be appreciated.

 * Exported photos can only be Imported.
    Ftp them to your depot folder ( most likely…/
   wp-content/wppa-depot/cath/ or, …/wp-content/wppa-depot/admin/ ) and do the import
   photos procedure.
 * BTW: Be carefull, not all associated data, like exif and iptc, is conserved during
   the export-import process. If you do this to edit the images via a backdoor proc,
   you can better ftp them ( from …/wp-content/uploads/wppa/*.* ) down, edit them,
   and ftp them back up.
