Exporting File fails

    I am trying to export data with the free plugin to upload to new site with the pro plugin. The export gets to 100% but when I try to download I get the error ‘Failed – Forbidden.’ How do I download the export file? Thx.

    Hi,

    WP Ultimate Exporter plugin lets you export the post data from the default post and custom post type. Folder permission is the possible reason for the error ‘Failed – Forbidden’. To avoid getting this error, kindly do the following

    Kindly give the 777 permission for your WordPress uploads folder in the server.

    Or

    Delete the smack_uci_uploads folder in this path wp-content\uploads\smack_uci_uploads
