Exporting DB Made by 2.0.2 to DB Made by 2.2.2

I am ready to transfer my blog data from one server to another. The database in the source server (Yahoo) was installed automatically when WP2.0.2 was installed, and the database in the target server (Bluehost) was installed when WP2.2.2 was installed.

The database structure at Yahoo differs from the structure at BH in that the Yahoo database contains 20 tables while the BH database contains only 10 tables.

Furthermore, some of the table structures differ as well. For example, the BH wp_categories table contains two more fields than the corresponding table at Yahoo.

I have backed up the database at Yahoo. How do I import that backup file (an .sql file) to the BH database when the table structures are different??
