# Exporting contacts to CSV problem

   either is not responding or giving 404 error when I press the Export button on

 * I tried reproducing the problem on some of my test sites, but it seems to work
   on my end.
 * Could you try deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, and let
   me know if you can narrow things down to a conflict with another plugin?

 * Is there a way of getting the list directly from the database? I only need it
   once or twice a year probably.

 * I’m not familiar with all these plugins, so I’d recommend switching them off 
   one at a time, until you find the source of the problem.

 * You can. Feedback is stored in the `wp_posts` table, alongside your posts and
   pages. Each submitted feedback is saved as a `feedback` post type, so you could
   query for all posts using that post type.

   with jetpack v3.7.2
    when i do “Export feedback as CSV” it gives blank page with
   following error:
