Exporting a website to a new domain and new server

Hello all,

I want to export a whole website to another domain and another server. my website took me a lot of time and reading to do exactly what i wanted and i even used the multiple themes plug in.
when i tried the export plug-in it told me ” Error in Database” so what i did is export the files from the first website to the other. but now it is all wrong and almost impossible to use. is there such a thing as a perfect copy/paste of a wordpress website ? i looked through many forums but to no avail !

please help !
