 * Hello everybody,
    I want to share with you something about export/import process
   of WP 2.7.1
 * 1. Begin
    site #1: [http://www.somedomain.com](http://www.somedomain.com), wp
   2.7.1, 400 pages, 10 posts site #2: localhost with apache, php, mysql up and
   running
 * 2. Process
    On site #1 I’ve made backup of mysql database through the phpmyadmin
   and I transfer all files from site #1 to my computer, localhost (site #2)
 * 3. Result
    I’ve launched the site on local apache server and I don’t see any
   pages or posts on site and in admin panel.
 * 4. Solution
    Switch permalinks to default option.
 * 5. Problem
    Don’t know yet this: if I add something on local site and import
   it to [http://www.somedomain.com](http://www.somedomain.com) – how permalinks
   will look like after moving back?
 * Any ideas?

 * In navicat you can export you database as a sql file. And on your server you
   can import it either by command line or phpMyAdmin.
