Exporter Deluxe still working? Help with troubleshooting?

    Hey folks,

    I tried to run an export today and there is no response. No error, no email sent, no file added to archive.

    Is there any log or any way to troubleshoot the issue?

    Hi @corybeal,

    Could you please check if there’s any error your debug.log?

    Thank you. Yes, my fatal_error log shows this when I try to run my scheduled export.

    I thought it might be Brands… maybe it is. Brands it included in new Woocommerce and I enabled it. Removed my old Brands plugin. It still fails though.

    I can do a regular export with Brands, so it’s not that.

    I think it’s the emails. The email won’t send. I use SMTP but there’s not even an error in the log. As if it’s not even trying to send the email. Any ideas?

    We’ll continue troubleshooting this there. I just realized that you are using our Deluxe version and we are not allowed to support our premium plugin here.

    I can’t submit it. Can you? The runaround and delay here is getting to be a bit much.

    I don’t have a premium ‘account’. My main email did not respond to a password reset. There is no obvious way to create an account on the site.
