• Is there a way that I can send the exported PDF to a webhook to use in Zapier? I want to send all my CF7 form submissions to a Google Sheet which includes the actual PDF in a data column. However, I cannot find the CF7 Tag that will show the PDF, it will only export the signature image. Let me know, your help would be appreciated. I did find a plugin CF7 to webhook so that part is taken care of.

I am guessing by ‘PDF’ you mean ‘URL to the filled PDF file’, correct? Or do you mean something else?

Correct, the URL to the filled PDF file would work great. Sorry.

The webhook plugin allows me to do this…

You can add URL parameters into form using this shortcode: [hidden example_get default:get].

Do you have a URL tag to the filled PDFs? Or a way to get the URL of the filled PDF to show in my Google Sheet from the CF7 Webhook to Zapier?

There is a tag that’s for attaching files to the email, however, there is no tag for a URL because the filled PDF gets deleted after it is processed. However, there is a feature that allows you to save filled PDF files (see the options button). You can save them in wp-content/uploads somewhere with a unique ID filename. You can then pass the unique ID to Zapier and possibly create a URL with the unique ID that would point to the saved filled PDF.

Thank you, I’m using the save feature to save the filled PDF to a custom folder in Uploads. I suppose I need to contact Zapier to ask what “Zap” allows me to connect to this file folder from perhaps Cpanel? I’m trying to think of what access Zapier would use. The webhook for CF7 isn’t enough, Maybe there is a webhook for Cpanel file manager. I will contact their support. Thank you.
