Export worked but nothing is there?

    I have 28,000 members and it said they were all exported but when I go to my members page no one is there. i see them in the backend of the site just not on the site itself. Is thee a step I’m suppose to take after the export to make everyone active?

    Hi @madisonincproductions,

    Could you please mention whether you are using any third party plugin to manage the user/member data on your site.
    If you are using any third party plugin then those data will be stored as metadata. This version of the plugin does not support import/export metadata. Only the premium version of the plugin supports user metadata.
