    I’d like to export my free wordpress.com blog to a self-hosted wordpress.org, because I want to monetize the blog eventually. I’m totally lost and would like to pay the WordPress team to do the export for me, from start to end. I want to keep my backlinks and everything else that contribute to my Alexa ranking etc. Is this possible and how much does it cost?

    The “WordPress team” are simply the people who develop the software. They don’t do this kind of thing. You’ll have to find someone who does WordPress work and hire them to do it for you.
